Weald Wizards was created to provide a personalised and patient service for people throughout Kent and Sussex. We set out to make a low cost service that is affordable to anybody, with the hope of being able to teach our customers something useful at the same time.

    Are you able to sign a confidentiality agreement?
    Of course! If you already have one that we can sign, just send it over and we’ll return it signed. Alternatively, we can supply one of our own if you do not have one.
    How can I send my handwritten notes for you to type?
    There are three different ways we can do this – choose the one which suits you best. Either scan each page and send to us via email or Dropbox, pop them in the post to us, or we can come and collect them from you (for a small fee or free if located in Hawkhurst or the surrounding area).
    How can I send you my dictations for you to transcribe?
    Our preferred method is through setting up a secure Dropbox folder where you can upload your files and then email us to let us know they are in there. We can also send and receive through email, although this is less secure, but it’s entirely your call. If you have a method you prefer, let us know and we’ll be happy to use it.
    How do you invoice me for this work?
    Depending on the volume of work, we can invoice you per document typed up or at the end of each month if there is a regular amount of work.
