Installation of Required Programs
Save yourself the time and trouble of finding and installing the programs you need in order to use your computer properly. We will install any programs that you require, including anti-virus, firewall software, PC maintenance tools, graphics software and whatever else you need. Using our setup service ensures that programs are installed smoothly and correctly without compatibility issues.
Removal of Unnecessary Programs
If you have purchased a new computer it's highly likely that unnecessary junk software has been bundled with the operating system installation (known as 'bloatware'). Or perhaps you've been given a computer and it has programs installed that you don't use. We'll remove all unwanted software to ensure that your computer runs smoothly and only with what you need on it.
Optimisation of Windows Settings
There are numerous tweaks that can be applied to your installation of Windows that can drastically improve your computer's performance. We'll make a number of changes that won't affect how you use your computer but will improve the amount of time your computer will stay fast before you need a tune up / speed boost. We'll also show you how to use PC maintenance tools to keep your computer up to speed, as well as set crucial Windows updates to install automatically.
Your Choice of Colour Scheme
One of the beautiful things about Windows is the level of control you have over personalisation. We'll set up you with your desired colour scheme, desktop background and screensaver, all included as part of the service. We'll even show you how to change them in the future if you decide you want something different. When it comes to choosing a desktop background, we'll help you find the perfect one to match your requirements and screen resolution.

Can you make Windows 8 easier for me to use?
We’ll install a tool that will make Windows 8 a lot easier to use for you, or update to Windows 10 if you haven’t already. The tool will restore the start menu button in the bottom left of your screen which is probably what you have been used to in previous versions of Windows.
Can you set my printer or internet up for me?
Of course! Just get in touch with our Wizards and we’ll do this for you. As always, if our magic takes less than half an hour we’ll cut the price in half.
Can you install or re-install an operating system for me?
We can indeed – if you have disc or USB drive with Windows on it, we’ll install this for you and set it up with everything listed above. If you prefer to use Linux and have downloaded the ISO, we’ll do this for you too.
